Before founding Golden Temple Builders, Nick studied accounting at the University of Central Florida—an education that sharpened his skills in budgeting, financial planning, and project management. Even during his university years, Nick ran a carpentry business, earning respect for his precision and creativity. His work includes architectural features like circular staircases, wine cellars, curved trim applications, and custom cabinetry—evidence of his passion for fine craftsmanship.
As a Certified General Contractor (CGC), Nick holds licenses in Florida, Louisiana, and Texas. His portfolio includes luxury high-rises along Florida’s coastline, custom homes on exclusive islands, and complex projects in challenging coastal environments.
