After the pad has been compressed and allowed to settle, we conduct thorough inspections. If we find any unstable areas our expert engineers step in to design and implement pilings that guarantee the integrity of your home's foundation. In the unlikely event that cracks appear in your home within the 2 years warranty period* our commitment to your safety and satisfaction remains our top priority.
We will promptly dispatch an experienced engineer to assess the damage and engineer a solution that addresses the issue. This engineer-approved solution will be implemented to ensure the lasting integrity of your home.
