Sunrise Creek Medical Community , a 40-acre master planned community. The residential development will incorporate 40 home sites within a private community. Each home site will encompass approximately .25 acres. The other land will be used for community pool activity center, small wooden chapel, doctors and dental office, small restaurant with order in meals. Our main focus , a community garden to give seniors a chance to participate. Every home will be required to have several fruit trees on each lot.

This community will have parking in the front and will only allow golf carts and bicycles to walk back into the home lots. There will be paved access enough for emergency vehicles. There will also be paved walkways around the outside of the community for exercise and access. All the meals will be catered towards the persons dietary needs.
