Every interior wall is framed with cold-formed galvanized steel studs — not wood. Steel will never warp, rot, split, or attract termites. It maintains its structural dimension for the life of the home, meaning your walls stay true and plumb decades after construction.
Poured Concrete Second Floors
Where most builders use wood joists and plywood for upper-level floors, we pour reinforced concrete slabs on elevated decks. The result is a floor system that is fireproof, soundproof, vibration-free, and immune to the sagging and squeaking that plagues wood-framed homes over time.
Durock Cement Board Walls
Interior walls are sheathed with Durock cement board rather than drywall alone. This creates a moisture-resistant, mold-resistant, and fire-rated wall assembly that far exceeds standard residential construction — the same system used in commercial and institutional buildings.
Continuous Load Path Connectivity
From the foundation anchor bolts to the roof tie-down straps, every structural connection is engineered as a single, continuous load path. Wind forces are transferred cleanly from the roof, through the steel-framed walls, into the reinforced concrete, and down to the foundation — with no weak links.
